Blue Choice HMO Open Access: Members can choose a health care provider in network with no referral. Members also have access to over 14,000 specialists and 55 hospitals. Members can also look forward to hassle free care without having to complete claim forms.

Blue Cross HMO: This plan allows for members to choose providers from the network and is referral based. Blue Cross HMO features many advantages including dental care, claim free doctor visits, annual examinations and visits and family planning services.

BlueChoice Opt Out Open Access: Members can choose from providers in the Blue Cross Blue Shield network. Referrals are needed for specialists and benefits are available for out of area emergencies.

Blue Preferred: In this flexible plan, members aren't required to choose a physician and will never need a referral. Out of network care is also covered, though out of pocket expenses may be higher. Best of all, there's hardly any paperwork to fill out.

Blue Fund Consumer Directed Health Plans: With this plan, an account is set up to enable members to pay for out of pocket and other health related expenses. Funds can be rolled over each year, allowing the savings to build.

Care First Blue Cross Blue Shield also offers different levels of dental plans including the Care First Blue Discount Dental Plan and Regional Preferred Dental. Eye care can also be covered once members enroll in Blue Vision or Blue Vision plus plans.
